Description
|
Provide prompt, courteous, professional reservation/ ticketing
service to travelers • Perform all required aspects of
reservation process as defined in contract • Make all
reservation in accordance with the client’s regulation
and directives and traveler’s request • Provide
transportation and lodging information assistance and
vacation counseling to all callers • Arrange for
issuance of tickets in keeping with the client’s
guidelines and traveler’s requirements • Input all data
necessary for management reports and accounting
functions • Review each transaction to ensure the lowest
available fare obtained • Review and assist counter
supervisor in solving and processing customer complains
and maintain complains file

Qualifications Excellent experience in Amadeus system –preferred
language schools graduates Excellent computer skills (MS
Applications. Experience : 3 - 5 Years.
